An example problem that goes into detail on calculating the shear stress at various points on an I-shaped cross section. In addition, the video explains how to draw the shear stress profile for a beam with an I-shaped cross-section.

Why are people complaining about the speed, audio... etc... you're essentially get a quality tutoring session from a Professor. Its a video so you can pause, go back as many times as you like. It audio is too quiet on the speakers, use a headphone.

Yep that is because the average lecturer (and tutor) is a wasted space - no idea how to explain anything. Academics live in bubble and are practically useless.

Thank you for the kind words and your genuine support. I will say it's pretty rewarding knowing that I'm connecting with people in Australia and many other countries around the world! I'm always hoping that one day I'll go to a conference and someone will yell out "structure free...whasssup!"...and I'll say to the rest of the audience, "that's what I'm talkin' about...recognize (insert jesse pinkman's favorite word)!".

Being stuck working at home finding the load capacity of a beam, with my college text books at work, I stumbled on this very easy to follow example which jogged my memory. Watched one time and knocked out the max shear for two beams easy. Bravo! Got an example for LTB?
