Because that's how I handle my favorite people. I actually searched KZbin a couple of years ago and came away with a "yes" on that, so that is what I do in the comment section. The letters literally pushing the lid open (here in germany many mailboxes have a flap outside and a lid inside), the letters raining into the hallway. All from debt collectors. At a certain point people just stop responding. They dont open letters anymore. They dont answer the door or take a call. If i shut my eyes, i am invisible.

A lot of people are discussing the contents of the shed. Dewalt dw746 probably early 2000’s 10” they called it a “hybrid” tablesaw. Not enough hp to qualify as a larger cabinet saw but more than a contractor or job site saw. Other than there was a jet, looked like a planer maybe a planer/jointer, probably tops out about 6k new. The real surprise is why that dude didn’t build his own shed. Honestly not enough space to really run either of those machines. Guy is probably driving himself nuts rolling equipment around in there playing musical chairs to mill up any decent lengths.
@WatcherNine9 ай бұрын
Here's the trick: to build a shed/workshop you need a building permit, inspections, etc. and if you build it, it has to be a permanent structure. YOU can't build a temporary structure, you need a permit even for that. To get a shed, which is not considered a permanent structure, you put a down payment (or pay in full) and have it delivered and you're done. If the building comes in one big piece (or even 2 pieces) and can be picked up and moved again it doesn't need a building permit. If you do it yourself you wont get it half way built before the county/township comes and puts a work-stop / red tag injunction and/or fine on you and shut you down. Yeah it's a scam, a scam by our local governments to suck you dry and make you comply.

Interesting, wonder how the law views the large shed. At what point does it stop being a mobile, movable collateral and becomes a fixed structure requiring more of an "eviction" then repossession. Obviously that family has something going on since you could sell just a couple of those larger tools and pay the shed off.
@WatcherNine9 ай бұрын
If you have it built onsite it's a permanent structure. Some define it further by having a foundation or permanently attached to one. If it's just sitting on a slab and not attached but you build it yourself, you need a permit to build it but it might not be a permanent structure. It's a bias against the property owners that needs to be fixed country wide. As it stands now it's kind of a scam being run by local governments. They literally make millions off permitting offices across the land, and that should not be.

@stevewayne367610 ай бұрын
They like the long payoffs the people buying them end up paying triple the price of the original cost by the time they really understand it they have a ton of money into it and they give up on paying for it and the crooks get the building back to sell it to the next sucker.
@cpaoutdoors992610 ай бұрын
Those sheds are pure scam to expensive everywhere they are sold should be put out of business
@WatcherNine9 ай бұрын
Maybe they are, but people still buy them. Cars are too expensive too, and now with the EV scam they're more than twice as expensive, but people still go into debt to get them. If people stopped purchasing things like this then the price would drop, but a lot of the places would go out of business which would raise the price again. The only option to this little problem is to build your own or buy a used one...which could really be disgusting based on what I've seen in some of these videos 😅
