10/2/24... My DADDY had a 6th grade education. My Daddy hauled produce for the US Army 🪖 6 days a week during WWII. THEN he hauled produce for himself on the 7th day + slowly managed to save enough to start the 1st of his many businesses.... We always had a roof over our head + food on the table + clothes/shoes to wear + $$ for school excursions/ field trips. My Daddy even paid my older sister's 4 yrs of college + for my private school from 5 th grade thru my full college education. And we had a sickly younger sister with lots of medical bills/legal problems thru the years. My Mother died after a long expensive illness but my Daddy carried on. He taught us to be responsible + respectful + caring people. My Daddy NEVER let any child go hungry or homeless. He constantly supported an Atlanta private charity that provided food/clothing/shelter to kids whose parents were dead or in jail... I miss my Daddy... It's been 18 years + I miss him more/appreciate him.more as timr goes by!

I bet if you looked, you wouldnt find 1 set of work boots or work clothes anywhere on that property. Most rent to own companies and even auto finance companies dont want the property back. They will work with you all you have to do is put a tiny bit of effort in. I remember I got laid off, one of the first calls I made was to my mortgage company and my bank for the auto loan. Did I fall behind? Yes, but because I stayed in constant contact with them they worked with me to make any payment I could.

I love what you said at the end. I agree with every single point. The ending point of breaking that curse, changing the chain of bad decisions, is absolutely true. Every single person has the ability and opportunity to make positive choices and succeed. Every single person. Those who live off of their neighbors’ work, are worthless… by definition. Don’t be that person.

Good Job Josh. I was in a similar situation at that place a year ago. Picked up a 12x40 same style after the third attempt that they were living in also. It was a bit tense!
