Everything about this song is perfect but I just want to say I'm beyond happy the title works so well in both Japanese and in English. Brilliant wordplay.
英語のタイトルが"I’ll Never Be (Apart From) You"だから、日本語の「あなたにはなれない」っていうのは「あなたには/なれない」と「あなたに/はなれない(離れない)」のダブルミーニングだったりするのか?

assuming this is more of a reaction to what the author has been dealing with for a while, i'm going to go out on a limb here and say, this song has been about the frustrations, nervousness and concerns about being 'original'. much of the song lyrics are immensely in depth about following templates, but specifically about, perhaps, inspiration and what blurs the line between that, heavy referencing, and plagiarism. hence, the title being 'i'll never be apart from you'. ive noticed that as sheeno mirin's work has grown to be more analytical and fresh, some of the japanese comments have mentioned wowaka within sheeno mirin's own music, i think as a nod to that vocaloid producer. but there is also this introspection (verbose, but using those words in specific context) towards the middle part - humans use music as a means to express themselves through life, through meaninng, through things they encounter, even with the ai generated passage being brought up. the passage after that means a sort of consideration, that, yes, there is a sense of inspiration from other artists' own work, but sheeno mirin's music still stands up by itself, as the screenshots after show off a number of approval stacking up from sheeno mirin's earliest work, to now. admittedly, a couple things of sheeno mirin's music still fumble me as i try to figure out what their music could mean, but i still love how their music comes together in this mish-mash and cohesive sort of music genres, and the lyrics that are translated! im still excited for the next work
amammamama now that im looking back on this song i really love the meaning behind it and the implication of how ai is unable to create something (my interpretation might be very wrong) from "heart", just tracing of what already exists while humans create something by relying on their own feelings and past experiences/mistakes they have made to lead them to making a creation of their own This song is SO GOOD i love sheeno3rin!
