Ingredients:
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 cup Maida
1\2 tsp Baking powder
2-3 tbs curd
Salt to taste
2 tsp Oil
Lettuce
For salad
Onion,tomato,cucumber
Falafal
1.5 cup kabuli Chana\chole
1 Onion
5-6 garlic cloves
4-5 green chili
salt,1\4 cup mint leaves
1\2 cup coriander leaves
1\2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
3 tbs besan
For Hummus
1 cup Boiled kabuli chana
1\4 cup white sesame seeds
Salt to taste
1\2 lemon juice
4-5 garlic cloves
3-4 tbs Oil
Mayyonise and tomato
Ketchup For garnishing
