The limit for use without a variance is 5mw not 5 watts. This laser would be 600 times the legal limit if it is actually 3 watts

@@TheNathan343 5000mW is the same as 5W. and its also very very dangerous for your cat. even as the beam was very spread out and so less intens. in europe you have to be 3 meters above anyone. i wouldnt even shine it at yourself :D nor filming into it it can kill camera sensors. 3w is very very intense and is class 4 and for sure banned without a certified use. but in private you can do whatever you like with it. but dont cost some people eyesight

@@TheNathan343 it is 3000 milliwatt, the limit to point on someone like you did in the video or comercial use is 5 milliwatt. or in other terms you are allowed to use 0.005W lasers without FDA and yours is 3W

Laser cube is near $2,000 at 2 watts. You can't compare a cheap Chinese $300 three watt laser to a laser cube.

Totally illegal to use these at any show in the US since it is not possible to get a variance for them- same with any chinese laser, unfortunately
