May want to cover pristine zora claymore for dps. While wet using the sage water shield to stay wet you deal double damage. A +10 with white lynel horn deals a tasty 164 damage Also octorock weapon boosting a lv1 has to be boosted twice to get yellow bonuses at lv3. My hyrule shield sits at 100 defence. Attaching claymores to shields deals damage when parring. Also cuts grass and tree trunks 😅

100% agree, Sheik's mask should definitely work as part of the stealth set. It seems like one of the largest missed opportunities in the game. I can see how it might cause implementation issues/glitches on the back end of how the sets work, but it seems so unintuitive for effectively identical armor pieces to not work in the set. Kinda like how snow/sand boots don't work with the rito/voe armor despite their obvious use case.

By no means do i have a good understanding of how development works. But from what little i DO know, all they would need to do is take whatever code the Stealth hood has to make it read as part of a set in game, and put that code on the sheik hood and it would work the same way. Theres probably a bit more nuance to it than that, but i dont imagine it would actually be that difficult to do. Probably more of a gameplay design choice rather than a limitation/difficulty to implement.

My first experience with the depths was getting Midna's helm. I was interested in exploring eventide island and then got even more curious about the chasm I had been warned about and then was terrified by the darkness and then the coliseum. It was terrifying and I was petrified at the thought of going back down into the depths

If you have Sidon coat you with water you can shoot bomb arrows for as long as you have the water shield. I've tried it while deep under death mountain and it worked.

I know this is a couple months old, but if you get the enemy masks, you can bring them all together and use a puffshroom on the ground, then equip an Eightfold Blade while using Sneakstrike to easily dispatch them.

I wish armour which feels like it fits a set worked for the set bonuses so bad. Sheik with the stealth suit, Vah Rudania with the goron fireproof suit, there's probably good options for the other three divine beast helms too (Ruta for the Zora gear would mean no dash attack, but I think it's a decent balance) As a tangent comment, imagine if when wearing the Aspect, you could wear the dragon outfits (environment attack up) cosmetically, with the bonuses, just no defense additions. That'd be super cool visually imo

@@Banana.1186 wear hero's aspect. Add Frostbite set. You get the defense stat from the Hero's Aspect (84) but not the Frostbite set. However, you do get Cold Weather Attack as opposed to Master Sword Attack up

If you're struggling, build a combat robot to help you in these coliseums. It was very easy for me that way. Note: for lynels, make sure the combat robot is purely aerial using a hover stone, construct heads, and beam emitters, or their roar will get rid of it.

I got the Sheik mask really early on, just exploring after the story introduces you to the depths. The Horriblins are a challenge but its doable on four hearts mostly electric weapons,fire fruit, and bomb flowers. Looking forward to trying the other battle arenas. Great guide.

gabagoole had me rollinggg 💀 🤣 that's the first way I learnt to say it, new yawker hea! yeah so I haven't had a system since the Wii, and that doesn't even really count, it was really a ps2. I grew up with Nintendo, turbo graphix , GameCube etc I bought the switch because of this game so yeah. like literally I was cleaning out emails and they were like hey we're launching the system with this game called tears of the Kingdom and I without much consideration, which for me is unheard of, I just bought it. Tears, yeah I felt that, and the white and gold system with the green- It was a calling bro TL:Dr haven't touched breath of the wild yet look I even spelled it out 🤦🏽‍♀️ I'm so noob to having more than a & b on the control! all thumbs, I'm like a big ol babby giraffe learning to walk with this dang controlled except I still need the hints on the screen and baby giraffes learn how to walk in like 90 seconds heehee I love ittttt 🤗 I love this game so harddd ❤ I got to be past 300 hours by now I'm barely finished the four temples and all the things people do in like week one I'm stunned Everytime I turn it on so far from the original gold cartridge we have arrived, The angles the details the colors the sounds, I'm dumbfounded and it makes me 🤩 for what they will keep developing oh I played Ocarina and Windwaker, but casually, and didn't realize how much I missed hyruling with link until I plugged this toy in and turned this thing on thanks for the content! it's so goooooood, like if I could only say how good it is. hope you are restfully recovering your energy well

Zant's helmet actually will not prevent you from being cold and taking cold damage, instead it will only prevent you from being turned into an ice block . . . unless there's a glitch currently.

I never cared about the set bonus for the stealth armor. The speed increase isn't significant enough, and to limited for me to care.
