Just curious about riveting that radiator in instead of using screws. Isn't a radiator likely to need replaced such that drilling out those rivets would be a real pain. I am no experienced riveter, so I am just wondering about your thoughts regarding rivets vs screws.

The radiator itself is bolted onto the chassis but the aluminum ductwork is however riveted to the bottom lip but the sides are riveted to the chassis. I’ve had to remove rivets before & its surprisingly quicker & easier than removing a nut & bolt. Just need an 1/8 drill bit to drill it out & add another on replacing the radiator.
