I had a bike like that in Florida. Huffy sells vintage looking cruisers. I loved it so much. We road 8 + miles everyday. Couldn’t ride without smiling! When we moved to the mountains it wouldn’t fit in the truck, plus they weren’t mountain bikes. Plus we aren’t mountain bikers. 🤣😂❤️😍 Love this page!❤️❤️

I'm so impressed by your paper painted bike...that takes some special skills and training! I love your story about biking to the store for some wine and cheese, because that's what I do almost every day on a simular bike. But that's very normal in the Netherlands, even in rain and snow and strong wind (hate that!). A beautiful background as well, love the corrugated cardboard. A wonderful canvas, thanks Shel!

Dilly Dally Deli Doilie! Your collage is the bomb. I admire it greatly. Every time I watch one, it seems harder than the one before. This bike had such tiny pieces--intricate for sure. I don't have the dexterity to do it. You often express how impatient you are (I am too), and yet you do such painstaking art which takes the patience of a saint. Well, when we make a general statement about ourselves, it's rarely across the board. You do crack me up, Shel, love your humor. Jane ps- 3 days till we head to AZ, YAY!

I've seen this bike piece many times as I have scrolled through your list of videos and decided today was the day to watch it. Incredible detail to this one. I love that you added the little brad tops as gears. It is a gorgeous piece. Really makes me think of spring days of my childhood. So pretty and sweet.

And you've helped me score a pointless answer, when my husband and I watched a tv quiz called pointless, where you had to get an answer that none out of the 100 people they asked got. The question was golf related: name any hole on Augusta. I knew they are named after plants and remembered you telling us about the Juniper that grows in Arizona. I love this! Great instructional video. Where do you sell your work? Oh, and the metal thing that connects the frame to the wheel is a "fork," and the thing the pedals attach to is the "sprocket." If the bike had varying speeds, the "gears " would be on the back wheel. Bike parts 101! 😄
