@@pawskiiowo I think its a matter of finding the right therapist and the right kind of therapy for you. I found a mix of CBT and trauma therapy has helped me a lot. It's also important to put in the work to improve your mental health outside the sessions, or else the things you learn in therapy aren't reinforced into your real life if that makes sense

Hiya! As someone on the spectrum who has been on the waiting list for autism diagnosis for going on a year- I'd like to mention that autism is NOT s mental health issue or illness. Rather, it is a neurological condition/ disorder. 👍 Thank you for showing understanding toward ASD, and whilst I feel poor behaviours are almost entirely inexcusable regardless, I appreciate people trying to see such people's point of view. It's a very difficult topic.

I have ADD, and it is very possible that Birdie has it. I mean, a huge symptom of ADD is making actions without being aware of what the consequences might be. Basically, we cannot think before we act or speak, it is something that has to be self taught and implemented in through supplements or medicine. I feel as though Birdie has many symptoms and characteristics that come with ADD or ADHD. Though I could be wrong. I have said many horrible things and only right after I do I realized: I've made a mistake. And even THEN I might not even realize it until I get backlash.

I take meds to help me focus in school. You can take meds to help with it. ADHD or ADD can be misdiagnosed. Like you could be diagnosed with ADHD or ADD but really have something else

I know an autistic kid who's the sweetest little boy in the world. He's only about 8 or 9 which I feel like it would be harder to control yourself at that age, but he's still a very sweet child, and I'm very proud of him and I love him a lot. I'm not saying everyone should be able to control themselves just because this one kid can, but they should *at least* try. I understand it's a hard thing to do *especially* when you're upset, and harder for some than others, but still, if you keep trying you'll likely get better at it.

I'm low funcioning on the autism spectrum, I think that Birdie might be somewhere in the middle or higher than me at the least because of her issues with responsibility, but she can still function like a normal human being. She appears to be anxious whenever faced with any form of drama, so she might even be at the same level as my sister, not to rag on my sister but she experienced similar reactions as Birdie whenever drama surfaces. Also, I belive that she should see a therapist, my sister and I both go to therapy and psychiatry appointments. Therapy to cope, psychiatry for medicines that will help us. Although she is not the best person emotionally, I believe there is some good in her and that she could be helped. If she doesn't have access to a therapist, I would be able to help! I'm not a therapist myself, but there is no better mood stabilizer than friendship! Or at least, that's what I believe!

I have Schizophrenic Depression and I'm trying to get help by an online therapist along with it's going good right now; My voices want me to be rude or kill myself also I am not doing that, but I hope y'all doing well today and stuff. (my apologies if this is long ) I tried telling my mom about it she doesn't believe me. Well but I have this nice ghost friend named Eden telling me it's going to be ok and thank you for reading my comment 😄😄 ❤️

Honestly at first with all the rants and stuff being posted about her I could tell that it COULD effect her mental health and this was my FIRST time encountering the drama which was way back (2017-18 most likely) and the reason I thought that was because of the AMOUNT of rants that were posted surrounding the same thing and constantly reminding her what she has done, and the unraveling of so many situations that have her INVOLVED as a friend or a girlfriend. I feel she's obsessed with such people we've seen as a part of some of her drama and in rants etc I feel birdie surrounds herself with bad people and with the point that her mental health is at I'm worried about her course of action when she decides to address this (if she ever does..)
