Unfortunately t&f is not as popular here in the U.S. like in Jamaica, but many sprinters here should take note. It's not about the equipment or anything like that. It's about the quality that goes into the training. And to me, you never go wrong working with the earth. It will always make you stronger

@tanya kimbeAmerican Football and Track and Field are linked in the U.S.... and a lot of football players who are also good at track do drills and practice in the dirt.. in groups( as a team).. from little league all the way up until they turn pro's for those that make it...speed drills and calisthenics are done out in the field.
@R20-d4t3 жыл бұрын
@tanya kimbe and yes we do walk barefoot in our homes and in the summer.. a lot of athletes actually do warm up drills to strengthen the feet barefoot in socks...before practice begins... a lot of distance runners run barefoot...but thats besides the point. Come up here to the North America and live in the midwest ..where there is a real winter or where it is cold 6 to 7 months out of the year.. and try walking around barefoot outside...when its below zero, on concrete.. You will be in the hospital with frost bite getting your toes amputated... or you will end up with arthritis from the cold destroying your bones.
