What I actually see there...is a lot of hate and chaos towards women and minorities, going to War with Disney, book-banning of Collegiate Books that are required to succeed in College...and a hateful Governor surrounded by SICKO-PHANTS who follow his every WHIM...who are PATHETIC...and deserve ZERO RESPECT. You can tell yourself all the LIES about Florida that you want. Just as much crazy crap comes out of that state as any other state, if not more. But here’s the deal. Our criminal justice system is the best there is. Not perfect by any means, but as fair as any can be. This clout chasing wannabe famous clown has stripped individuals of their right to be innocent until proven guilty. He’s the police, judge and executioner all in one. It’s amazing that he’s allowed to get away with this nonsense. We all know that Kamala Harris WILL be president. And everyday I will make it my business to send this BS to the White House and the other bodies of government until someone intervenes and PUT A STOP TO THIS BS!

So the bank or financial institution gets off ? I can’t cash a check for more than 5K without being reported . Who ever at the financial business needs investigated for not reporting the transactions or maybe a partner in crime there.

It depends on how he pulled it off... trusts usually operate savings/investment accounts where large transfers in/out is not uncommon. If he'd set himself up with signing authority on the accounts he could easily 'hide' the transactions as things like settlements, trustee purchases, etc and transferred hundreds of thousands of dollars per transaction through his law firm's accounts without raising too much suspicion. That's going to be the smoking gun for whether this was fraud from the start or if he truly has a gambling addiction... whether he set these trusts up from the start to use them as a piggy bank, and how he covered his tracks. Because when the fraudster can set themselves up with legitimate, legal authority there are limits to a bank's ability to detect suspicious activity.... that's why this guy belongs in jail, regardless of his excuses. Abusing the trust those clients placed in him is inexcusable.

Really makes me concerned about trust funds 😳😳😳
@ramlumaАй бұрын
As long as you set up the trust with all stipulations and allowed investments. You name trustees. People you trust, at least 4 trustees. Majority must make decisions. Do not include attorneys only, if included as trustees. You decide whether revocable, or irrevocable trust. Do not allow changes or updates, even by you, unless you are mentally capable, and with guidance of trusted people. Milton S. Hershey had a great trust set up for the school for orphans he founded . On his deathbed, trustees made him sign an updated trust that benefited the trustees immensely. The trustees were ripping the trust off like there was no tomorrow. Many, many decades later, the state had to step in, before the trust was drained of more money, and changed the trust to benefit the orphan school, as Milton S. Hershey and his wife wanted. Right now, Rupert Murdoch, founder of NEWS CORP, FOX NEWS, and other companies, is embroiled in a case against his children. He set up a non-revocable trust that his children would manage. Rupert Murdoch was a Conservative Republican. His children turned in to Liberal woke Lefties. Rupert Murdoch wants to revoke the trust, so others can manage the trust, because Rupert Murdoch's children are not running the trust in a way that Rupert wanted..

Why arrest him for 100k? He stole MILLIONS!!
@manty5Ай бұрын
An easy to prove charge to convince a Judge to issue a warrant to get him into custody. Now that he's in custody, more charges can be brought as the investigation continues.

@@manty5 I get it, I just don’t believe that justice will prevail in this case because he has squandered most of the money. I don’t think he should ever see the light of day. 🤮
@EMan-cu5zoАй бұрын
@@elinorpowellbloom5000you are probably right. The only real justice is for the people to be repaid or even better with interest on the money they lost from this person. Make him pay 20-30% compounding interest like a credit card company.
@lindsayschilling8707Ай бұрын
They have to arrest the creep for something. Maybe the $100,000 crime is easier to arrest and prosecute. Then, the other victims can file suit. It's only a guess on my part.

Because the larger theft happened in another state. They don’t have jurisdiction. I’m sure the FBI is also involved.

He won't do that much time in prison. It's not a violent crime. And, he likely is hiding some money somewhere. My bros wife stole a quarter million from her employer. She did seven years in prison and is now free and living it up in another state. She gave all the money to her daughter before she was arrested, and her daughter moved out west with her boyfriend and the quarter million dollars. My bro and his wife now live out west too, near the daughter she gave the money to and there's nothing anyone can do. They're all living well today and doing good. While the rest of us law-abiding citizens are going broke.
