Also using 30 points per game as the standard for dominance in the context of the wnba is stupid because the average points per game in the WNBA is around 80 points per game. The Aces lead the league with 86.1 points per game. Caitlin averaging 19.5 points per game of her team’s average of 84.8 means that Clark scores 23% of her teams’s points every night. Thats not even mentioning that she leads the league in assists with over 8 and is the league leader in points responsible for. She easily generates more than half of her team’s points. Averaging 20 in the WNBA is not the same as 20 in the NBA where the average points per game is around 110 points.
