It amazes me the whole league doesn’t embrace her. There’s more eyes on women’s hoops. Which will mean more money for all of them. If you don’t like her fine. She’s pretty strong willed and outwardly doesn’t care. But say truths at the minimum and just be glad there’s massive attention on the ladies game and league.

Swoopy just imagined that G.O.A.T. was forever, when in every provable case, it's not even close. As time goes on, humans figure out how to do "Anything" better, so G.O.A.T. can be seen as a movable though very real goal, to be the best in your era. The Swoopmeister would be well to sincerely back out her mindless word imaginings, and commit to actually doing what EVERONE is saying, and actually try to GROW the game, which means absolutely ZERO brain damaged wanderings into "It Just Ain't So" land. Come back to us, Ma'am, and be a real human, if possible.

Caitlin Clark proved the WNBA has never been picking the best women players in the country just by all the records she has broken in her rookie year! It has actually been an exclusive girl’s ego club and after almost 2 decades they made the mistake of allowing Clark in, thinking they would put her in her place! Now that Clark exposed their exclusivity in players the head office wants to dilute the league by scattering the players with two more teams just to reshuffle the players in an attempt to stop Clark from winning games to discredit her abilities on a losing team! The NBA’s who finances the WNBA has to step in and put a stop to the front office who has allowed this disrespect of the game to happen and force a new hand picked unbiased leadership in the WNBA to take over. When that happens we will see a dramatic change in the professionalism and sportsmanship of women’s basketball, while at the same time create an excitement for women’s sports the fans will respond to, just as we see in men’s professional sports!

Wake the Hell up!! Clark dose not care about the size of the CONTRACT. The Lady just wants to PLAY BALL and she's the BEST that has ever been seen and the savior for the WNBA and If I was a Stock Holder in the WNBA I would DUMP my Stock and invest somewhere else like European Leagues where Clark will be playing.

I don’t read racism with all the haters from some players to analysts coaches officials I see pure evil hate and jealousy and ego at the forefront her popularity has challenged and scared some players and others she’s done nothing physically or mentally or publicly to anyone so it’s only my personal opinion she is treated like that because it’s hate and jealousy I just can’t use the racism card

Not to the level that Swoopes has gone off on Caitlin, but I remember when all the great GBs like Bradshaw and Montana were going off on Brady when the press started listing him as the goat over all of them. This brought down to a human perspective is just people adjusting to not having the glory days they used to have. 20 years from now let's see how Caitlin adjusts to the new kid on the block.

When you are the best at your job and revered and respect for years, then some youngster comes in and are as good at the job first day then your years of service, you don't like that guy at first!!! I know because of the color of the women we are discussing we first think Raciest, but could some of it be just regular old professional jealousy? Love Clark, but she hasn't defeated any of Maravich's record/s or any NBA records and never will. Men's basketball and women's basketball are not the same, and they do not compete against each other. The level of competition is not remotely the same. It is literally two different leagues. We learned this during college swimming the last few years when a marginal male athlete competed as a female. Among men, he (Lea Thompson) was ranked somewhere between 600 and 700th in the nation. Against women, he defeated all biological females, and was tied by only one woman from UK. Look, I love women's basketball, and they are amazing among themselves, but lets stop these 'like/like' ridiculous comparisons by Lieberman and others. Its like comparing Richards to Bolt in the 100m. The only likeness between them is they both ran the 100m, and they are both incredibly fast. That's it.

Nobody is doing that here. They both competed against their biological adversaries. They both faced the best of the best within their own gender. It is fair to compare records when considering competition within a gender - not 'who is better'. That's why we watch females compete. Or college players. Or high school players. It's all about competition and not "who is better"

@@CoachHermanHoops I never said anyone was better. You and I are saying the same thing. Respectfully; at or around 1:55 mins, she said what she said. So, you and I do agree. Many should qualify such a statement as you did, and in that, you are correct. I love women's sports.
