2:55 Interesting to see him referencing the English language. Can't help but wonder how much English do the guys from the national team know. None at all, or just enough to be asked for a photo, or quite a bit and they just don't wanna use it? Also some non-native speakers tend to be shy and afraid of making mistakes but I guess it varies from person to person... Anyway I think it's interesting because I'm sure there are more team China fans in Europe and North America than there are in China xD

Being Chinese and i still can’t tell others how good it feels and how much increased self motivation there is to scream wocao when you lift weights. I am a senior student at high school and i sprint the 60m with a pb of 7.36s and i perform better squats with either increased weights on the same reps or more reps on same weights when i scream wocao every time i stand back up😂. Saying this basically means something like “stop making excuses, stop talking nonsense and get your ass to work, just do it!” 干就完了xdm
