You also can't moralize love. Or idealize martyrdom. Appreciate second chances. There are many people who love those they no longer have a choice to be with and have to keep their distance for their own safety and/or sanity. But choosing to keep their distance doesn't make their love any less.

I've heard this grom my psychologist recently. I was tolding about my life, problems and how I thought my interpretation was, according to some readings, some specialists I've watched talking about all those thing... and he instantly said that how I rationalize is a mechanism to be apart of processing emotions. It's how I kept them away from me...

Im 22 and what I've learned recently is that a lack of compassion for yourself is the most difficult place to be in. We need to allow ourselves to be vulnerable with ourselves + others and not judge our emotions. When you feel so undeserving of a hand that you judge yourself for feeling those emotions and being in the state that you're in, is the moment in which you need others to offer you a wave of compassion and love the most. And in that way, we all strengthen each other.

To know that she brought you through a hard place in your life and stood by you... that is love at its finest. She was able to remind you of being in a better place, even if you both shared only a smile... that love is real, and deep, and rare. So touched by this, as you are such a great actor, how others have spoken of your dedication to the roles you play. Life is a process in which moments like these present themselves, and we heal.❤
