Im 22 and what I've learned recently is that a lack of compassion for yourself is the most difficult place to be in. We need to allow ourselves to be vulnerable with ourselves + others and not judge our emotions. When you feel so undeserving of a hand that you judge yourself for feeling those emotions and being in the state that you're in, is the moment in which you need others to offer you a wave of compassion and love the most. And in that way, we all strengthen each other.

This brought me to tears. As an addict, to the people we love, I'm so sorry for all the things were not, but we love with all we are and couldn't do it without you.

@@Willyfitzcomedybuddy why do you see someone being vulnerable and feel inclined to hate on someone trying to be better? someone admitting to their wrongs. every human being has made bad choice before.

I think it’s hard for people to understand that there are things in our past that continue to affect us in the present. My husband had so much in past that haunted him, it caused so many problems with our lives, but I continued to try to understand and be there for him. Now 25 years later, I’m glad we made it through everything together ❤

Man, this guy, from Even Steven to Transformers, and to all the shit he has been through until this podcast, my admiration to him is sky soaring. He's having a breakthrough and I believe he'll make himself a respectably recognition from all over the world. God bless him.

“just her presence” genuinely all a man needs sometimes is a woman to be there, not to argue, not to talk but to just be there next to you. i messed up a 6 year relationship with the love of my life and i’ll always regret it but she showed me there’s capacity to love yourself through all of it. i hope whatever she does that she’s happy because that woman deserves nothing but light in her life. i will always love you “A”

Shia...this is the most beautiful I've ever seen you, sir. Mad respect for the work you've done. MOST do not ever find their way through that kind of turmoil. Even people dealing with less of it have a hard time finding the REAL and the JOY and YOU have found both. I wish you many more blessings.
