before I could AFFORD more bubble wrap, I ATTEMPTED to use ziplock bags with my breath blown into it (like how they keep fish in bags at fairs lol) but the condensation inside made me too nervous so I just wrapped it in a used amazon prime bubble mailer

No reason for the housing market to crash. Every house we have tried to get in Michigan moving from florida has had 18-26 offers. Not enough housing and not enough being built. Doesn't help that Black Rock and these companies are buying up a large percentage of homes to take away from the consumer to have us renting even more. If interest rates go down, home prices are going to rise even more. There is a reason why they say it's impossible for new home buyers. We realized we can't get a house, so we tried a condo at $179,900. We offered 200k. Winning bid was 260k cash. It's probably an investor, maybe foreign since they are buying up our real estate or a company. Flooding the country with immigrants, legal or not is taking away from the average American. Home prices are up nearly double in the last few years if you look at the sold history on some of these homes.

I have not spent a penny on TEMU. Not sure that I will. We have a local company that we can do local pick ups from Amazon returns. I purchase there first before amazon. Saved $1000's from it.

Ideally you want to see the same item sold and price around that mark. Peter Millar polos range from $15 to over $100

Taylor, I love your videos, but your hate for the bins is funny. :) I'm mostly a bins sourcer. I go once a week, and find what I need to list for the rest of the week. Usually spend $70 for a cart load. Lots of trash but lots of good stuff tucked in. Keep up the vids!

Hello, hope your day is going well. I have been watching more & more of your videos, but haven’t seen them all yet. Anyway, I know you have already done this, in Nov 23, but for me a great video idea would simply be a short, concise updated video that concentrates on which name brands sell really well and fast,, but also brands that aren’t necessarily something that is common. Ladies & mens, and then further break down brands which bring the highest ROI. I think that would be an informative, interesting video. And since you probably already knew all these names, you could knock it out quickly. 😊 I know that you’re getting a lot of sponsored videos now which is great , But the content you put out is very valuable and I appreciate it! A lot of the EBay resellers that make KZbin videos and have a big following tend to eventually fall into a pattern of videos that don’t help us newbies at all.. PS, thanks again, & sorry for any typos!

lol they do not want us to use plastic bags butttt...plastic toys, plastic wrap, carboard cover with plastic, plastic heavy duty straps, plastic covered electronic packages and the list goes one and one..ups one more...plastic trash bags used in each house and business...give me a break...the point is the cents and greed behind no more plastic bags for the consumers...
