Yes, I believe it’s in the business or shipping policy. The problem comes when buys send offers then eBay sometimes doesn’t apply the shipping discount correctly and you have to manually do it or have the buyer request and invoice for purchase.

It all depends but the sizes that sell best are the ones that match with the most common size people in the country. Big and Tall sizes can go for more money but don't always sell quickly.
