I liked Heisenberg. Especially his voice actor & charisma. Really made me feel kinda depressed after hearing his anguish after he said "no, my metal army!" after his factory blew up and and "I must kill her!" as he died. Makes me wonder what would have happened if Ethan had joined him. I really don't think that Heisenberg was a bad guy before being experimented on and driven insane. Hell if he was just a few levels less of crazy I'd have wanted Ethan to join him. The one and ONLY thing that would have kept Heisenberg from getting my vote was that he wanted to use Rose.

Karl Heisenberg could've been the main villain of his own game. Regular Lycans are pretty much the tar zombies from Overlord. The Soldats are stuff you'd easily find in a Wolfenstein game. I like to think Heisenberg could have thought of something better besides turning himself into a mutated mechanical killing machine. I mean, how is he supposed to transform into being a man again, or more specifically, his exact original appearance before transformation. If we look at other mold type bosses, like Jack Baker, we saw that after his transformation, he was only able to be in the form of a Swamp Man, and not his original Jack Baker appearance. If we took this in mind, if Heisenburg were to have survive the fight with Ethan, he would probably return with a modified appearance. Maybe in the appearance of a Bionicale Man, or a cyborg. If he wanted to move on out into the real world and not draw attention, he would have to hide his ghastly appearance, lest he cause the public to shudder in horror of his very presence. I like to think he could have made a transformer, or a Jaeger (like the one from Pacific Rim, but smaller), that way he could control it from the inside with his powers. Or he could have just created an outer mech suit of himself that's 3 times as big as he is, is really fast, can fly, has god-like reflexes, has shoulder mounted rockets, and is equipped with either a high caliber machine gun or a super big/sharp katana like sword that he could use to slice anyone in his way into mince meat. When he would be attacked, he could repair his suit with the metal around him, and if by some miracle his opponent manages to destroy his mech suit, he could just use the remaining metal that he has to fly himself out of harms way. I mean... the guy has a metal army, with some even being walking panzer tanks, and best this guy could come up with is a mutant mech killing machine? Actually... he could have given some of his soldats a minigun prosthetic where he would have normally placed a drill, giving them a more "Terminator" like appearance. So he could have both melee and range forces on the field. Also, he could just enclosed Ethan into a tight metal box and left him somewhere where no one, not even Chris, would find him. This guy did his research on Ethan, and surprisingly on Chris as well. He knew of Chris's boulder punching abilities. But back to what he new about Ethan, he knew that he had survived some terrible sh*t down at the Baker estate, and he witnessed the demise of the other three lords of Miranda. You could say that he was probably testing out his soldats on Ethan, like Wesker did with STARS, but why just push this guy down again after he climbs all the way up, why take that chance? Miranda straight up took out Ethan the very first moment she could (though he came back because he's technically a molded), so why did not do the same thing? My answer: The Script Writers determine the fates here folks. Heisenberg died because the plot demanded so, despite him being a literal version of Magneto.
