No twin-charging is when you have a supercharger and a turbo charger. A procharger is a centrifugal super charger. Procharger is actually a brand but it's so popular that most people call all centrifugal super chargers prochargers because it's much easier to say. The mustang in the video would be considered supercharged because a turbo charger uses the exhaust gases to spin the turbine and force more air into the engine. A centrifugal super charger is basically a belt driven turbo, it is not connected to your exhaust.
