I cannot understand people who WANT the cheater to choose them. Like, babes!!! He's CHEATING!!!! What makes you think he'll treat you any differently once he's "yours"???????

Financial abuse is real!! It happened in my marriage. It made it very hard to leave, but I had to for mine and my kids safety
@lilmorsecody2 ай бұрын
I hope you're ok now! I had an abusive partner who would also use money to embarass me. He would bring up in arguments things he had spent for me and demand I transfer the money now. These were gifts and days out that at the time he said were treats for me, and then weeks later he'd get angry and demand I transfer hundreds on the spot. I reacted similarly to the lady in the story by refusing to accept gifts or go out with him anymore.

@@lilmorsecody We owned a salon and I worked full time retail management. He spent his money on drugs then transfer money from my account to his. I’m doing great, but he’s lost everything due to drug abuse. He lost the salon and can’t hold down a job. I hope your life is much better too.

If I were the woman selling off baby items I would just talk to the person who gave them as hand me downs first. A group of women in my age group have all passed around our baby items to each other and usually it’s an understanding that if the person who gave them to you gets pregnant, you start giving the things you got back as you start not using them. None of us really ‘own’ the items and we are all happy that a whole group of women are benefiting from this kind of trading back and forth.

I'm pretty sure Story 2 has an update ... If you can find it I'd love to hear your thoughts :) Maybe you could do an "All Update" video where you cover updates to stories you've read before? It would be really good to hear what happened next to some of the stories you've already covered and hear your opinions on them :) Thanks for another great video x

11:30 Babe, ESH. He shouldn’t have stayed with his wife 15 years after the cheating if he knew he would do this at some point. His children are now going to know that their whole childhood was a lie.
@BrigitteDiessl2 ай бұрын
For the man whose wife cheated 15 years ago, find someone who loves you for you. My Dad cheated on my Mum when I was 16 for six weeks but it only takes once to make a baby. We were told when the child was 6. Mum stayed with my father and was an amazing wife and mother and later Grandma. My Mum developed Alzheimer's in her later life and one of the last things she remembered was my Dad cheating on her. He doesn't know that but I do and I resent that he did that to her.

If he doesn’t want you to work he should be giving you a wage. That is not OK that he thinks she get groceries and ish out of thin air. If he is not ok with proper treatment then OP needs to gtfo. And he’s hurt? Oh man. Poor guy 🙄

Exactly that man is such a loser. He has all the power, and likes to exercise it cleary. No sane man asks his partner to stop working unless she wants to.

Hi, stay at home wife here.... my husband goes to work, and he still pitches in on chores and jobs around the house when he is home. Cooking, cleaning, ect. Sure I do the majority, but when he is home he respects the work I do by pitching in. Also if I want something inexpensive, I buy it. If I want something expensive, I asks if he minds, and then he finds a way to buy it. The first story is either full blown financial abuse or the start of it. That's absolutely crazy. Honestly any stay at home spouse is a luxury now, and should be treated as such!

With the hand-me-downs: I would never donate/sell someone else’s things without asking them if they wanted it back first! I always check first.. Once the kids have grown out of it then obviously you need to do something with it.. but taking something, you know you don’t need, from someone with the intention to IMMEDIATELY sell it is shady & shitty IMO.. what if they knew more people with children? I donate to multiple children in the family. Once one kid has grown out of the size, I get the stuff back & give it to the next child that’ll be that size.. I’d be so sad if my stuff was sold 😒

@@amandab6566 Exactly! It seemed like she was gathering the items for that express purpose. So weird.
@EmL-kg5gn2 ай бұрын
Yeah I agree! It’s not like anyone can stop her, but if someone helped you and you have the chance to pass that help on to someone else it’s just what you do! I wouldn’t judge someone who was actually struggling for selling the stuff but in my experience those people are usually more generous because they know how hard it is

Isabella, you are an absolutely bright and brilliant young person. I am so blessed to have found you and your amazing advice. I found my throat chakra a few years back(I'm 41 yrs old now). Late bloomer lol... I am a stay at home Momma to my son. He has Autism and I had to make the decision to stay home to make sure my baby is raised with patience, love and compassion. That being said, I am not in a healthy relationship and stay because I had no time to protect myself(unplanned pregnancy). My son will start full time school next year and your strength and words are giving me the confidence to 'get the fuck outta here' as soon as I possibly can. I am starting a small business currently. Please send me positive high vibrations and I will send some to you too! Thank you for putting yourself and your strong reasoning online, it is a scary place 💕🪬🪷✨🪩 Oh and I want to add, not only extremely intelligent but a stunner. Positively gorgeous!

Hand-me-downs story: it definitely depends on the context of the gifts. For example, all the furniture in my apartment were Hand-me-downs from my mom when she got all new furniture in her house, but it was clearly stipulated to me that sje was giving it to me because I need it, and if I stop needing it, she expects me to give it to someone else in need or to donate it to a charity organization. This is because my mom was previously in an abusive relationship and when she fled, it was others' generosity that allowed her to have anything at all to get off her feet. She made it clear that it was to be used until I didnt need it and then given away, and that she would never give me anything again if I ever sold something given to me to meet my needs that I couldnt do on my own. And I agree with that 100%. So if SIL was askimg for the stuff, or OP said "hey do you need this? If so, Ill give it to you, if not, I will donate it" then I think SIL is in the wrong because its clear that OP wanted to give it to someone in need, and if they dont need it, they shouldnt have accepted it. However, if OP said "heres all my old baby stuff, I want it out of my house so take all of it even if you dont need it" then I think its reasonable for SIL to sell the excess they dont need. Context definitely matters.

I’ve learned if someone is willing to cheat they will do it again but also do you really want them. There is always someone out there that will also be loyal and for the people who date married men why not be with someone who is available and honest.
