I love doing my castor oil cleanse once a month! I do it for about 3-4 days each time with no problem. I mix it with my freshly juiced pineapple and orange juice. I have been doing the wrap to shrink my fibroids . I have been feeling so much better. But haven't gone to get tested to see if it's gone. I used to feel a lot of pressure in my uterus during my period and I don't since I've been doing it. So I believe it's working Update: I took an transvaginal ultrasound 10/26/24 and it came back that it's gone. They only saw a cyst on left and right ovary but that could be due to time of cyst

Yes, doing this now and your video popped up. I do it once quarterly with fresh orange juice. Then sip warm water every 15 minutes for one hour. Then wait! Great for hormonal acne by cleansing the liver.

No. My granny used to make us take a tsp every now and again. I'm 54 and everyone else survived it with zero issues. I think it just has to be 100% natural, but I'm no doctor and you probably shouldn't listen to me. I am a registered nurse and I've never heard of any issues with it.

Yes, the reason why it is used on the right side is for liver detox; you need the rap on the right side of your stomach below the rib cage that is where the liver is located. The front of the belly( more toward the lower abdomen ( will catch colon issues , fibroid in and on uterus and cysts on the ovaries. You can also use the pack/rap on the lower back to target the kidney for breaking up kidneys stones etc .
