I have a son in Fulton County for a year, waiting for a bed in a Mental Hospital to restore his competency to stand trial. No beds for now more than a year. She doesn’t care about the inmates. It’s disgusting there… bed bugs, scabies, inmates sleeping in one big room with no beds. They don’t treat the inmates when ill. She needs to lose her position as well as be disbarred.

This was decided in her favour by the trial judge. Every decision can be reviewed. This does not mean the decision will be changed. Conflict of interest is a hard way of doing it. There may have been an ethical breach caused by her having the affair. But what logical and real impact related to Trump's case? She was not screwing Trump his children or the lawyer. The affair does NOT relate to Trumps case at all. You DO NOT get a removal from a case unless your conduct negatively affected Trump. In this case it didn't. Someone will have to come up with a lot more than the affair before she would be at risk of removal. If you have no evidence the Trump charges were affected than you do not have a legitimate reason to appeal. This little scam is just Trump trying to drag the case out until the election when he can pardon himself.

Her attorneys were fighting against a Subpoena forcing her to testify She probably was Unethically listening live in the building to Wade testify When she took the witness stand she immediately asked for copies of the motions that the attorney had filed After a break, they provided her with copies...she claimed that the attorney had lied in the pleadings. Those were the papers she threw down after saying it is a lie She was deflecting towards the pleadings and got emotional because she got busted for Wade being at her condo early am way hefore they lied abour when they started hooking up Thats why she says it was a lie about the pleadings, after the attorney asked her if Wade ever visited her at a place she laid her head instead of her home in Fulton County

It's not about whether trump is guilty or not, it's about getting rid of corruption from the courts, so that everyone can have the opportunity of a fair, unbiased hearing.
