Nothing ever happens to these individuals who occupy these restrooms. It is a never ending cycle but since this happens to be in the sorry state of California what more can we expect? You would not have believed 3 bikes a mattress, shopping cart and half of a store crammed into it. Oh yeah😮 and 2 human beings all inside of a beach side 🚻 restroom.🤯 I think they know the man they call him Tom now they're on a personal level so it's a little more difficult to throw tom's possessions in the garbage can and move Tom along, so this is a never-ending cycle it'll happen tomorrow also.😅😅 nice hair cut.
