It’s happening now because the west slowly dying. They have more old people than young Africa is the opposite. So while they argue with each other and deny “immigrants” Africa will take their youth and grow their nations. They say by 2030 Africa will have the most young people of working age, that’s just six years from now, closer than we think. The future is looking bleak for the west.

What the AES needs is a copy of what the Chinese did to get where they are now. Bring in investment but demand technology transfers. With the Chinese the AES can get that technology transfer and also get skill training as well. Of course the AES will have to negotiate both from the Chinese. But unlike the West the Chinese are more likely to keep any agreements made. This is NOT to say the Chinese will not seek to advantage themselves in a deal. So it is up to the AES to ensure the Chinese keep their deal. Which the Chinese have done on many occasions. It is not on the part of the Chinese or anyone else to look out for the AES. It is upon the AES to look out for themselves. Now if i could build my artificial Nation. I would in fact look out for All the Global South interests. As that would be looking out for my hypercritical Artificial Nation. As well as the most important part, which is the living world. The every ecosystem that births us and sustains us. The Mother Earth. In this we are All interconnected.
