Of all the Daedric Princes Molag Bal is the one that I genuinely consider to be the most terrifying. While other Daedric Princes can be cruel and brutal they seem to have a purpose. It seems like Molag Bal is just vicious and cruel for the sake of being vicious and cruel. He seems to solely exist to cause pain and suffering.

+Impaleification Hermaeus Mora seems the most terrifying to me. Think about it. He spends all his time gathering forbidden knowledge, and using it as leverage to enslave the curious. He'll do anything to get knowledge like that, even at the cost of lives. And what I'm about to say should be taken very literally in regards to the Elder Scrolls series. "Knowledge is Power."

I think it's funny that all throughout both the games and the lore the Daedric Lords are said to be "Above morality," that good and evil are mortal concepts, but i don't see how you could get a name like "The King of Rape" with out going a few shades into the morally grey.

Andrew Levin And Sheogorath made musical instruments by tearing someone apart and making instruments with the entrails. And Azura cursed an entire race because of the actions of 3 individuals. And Boethiah ate and shat out an Aedra, turning a race of elves into orcs. One thing about TES is that there isn't a set 'good' or 'evil', just levels of 'asshole'.

Lightscribe225 I think sheogorath did that because he wanted the races of man and mer to be able to be musically creative like birds. As a matter of a fact he ripped this person apart and made instruments of her corpse after pondering about sound birds singing and why is it that man and mer can't do the same. So in his own way, sheogorath did a good thing there. Giving music to the races of tamriel. and the rest of his influence is responsible for a lot of good for mortals in terms of creativity. though there are downsides to his influence as well..

When I heard Molag Bal was the "King Of Rape" (this is a legit title he is given in-game, jesusfuckingchrist.jpg) I realized how dark The Elder Scrolls series really was. Not sure why, but knowing this about Molag has made the world of The Elder Scrolls significantly more terrifying, knowing that things like rape exist in the series, and aren't non-existent, like you'd expect in LOTR or D&D, and other Fantasy franchises like that. A kind of wake-up call, I guess, to the harsh reality of living in the world of The Elder Scrolls. ...No wonder our characters don't sleep often in-game. O_O

Using the Soul Cairn for Coldharbour was an excellent choice. It also seems that Zenimax again broke lore, by not showing Coldharbour as a twisted version of Tamriel. I like what they changed it to, but what it should've been is much more interesting. Shit for mud and blood for water, with a twisted Imperial City as a capital.

you have to remember that the realms of the deadric princes are near infinity vast places, the rest of Coldharbor could have just simply be unexplored by the dragon born & what they were able too explore was just a small portion of it, who is to say that Coldbarbor is just a twisted form of Tamriel aswell, who knows within Coldharbor there might be a twisted version of Akavir & Atmora, we are talking about a Deadric Prince here which are pretty much gods.

MB G No, the Dragonfires prevented large scale incursions, and even when unlit moving Daedra across the veil requires a lot of work on both sides, meaning he'd need a sizeable cult to focus on breaking the barrier down. And most daedra aren't focused on 'invading' as they are just prodding mortals and watching the effects much like a person prodding an ant colony.

Fucking hate Molag Bal, knowing how he literally tore Serana's life apart, took away her family.. her life, her virginity.. any possible way of her ever believing that she deserves marriage or intimacy. Literally raped her to death, making her the daughter of cold harbour she is known as during the quest line, she'll briefly detail the ritual but quickly tell you it's degrading and it's best not to revisit the detail, I actually cried for her sake, though yes she's a video game character.. but it's got to be one of the saddest story lines I've played in the elder scrolls series, it really touched me in ways I can't explain, I'll always have a love for Serana.

Molag Bal only raped one person, Lamae Beofag. The other people he "raped" consented, because they were in daedric cults that worshiped him, and some of them offer women on Molag Bal's summoning day. Both Velerica, and Serana state, that being chosen as an offering to Molag Bal is a great honor, one that few refuse. They stated, they wouldn't dare turn their backs on that offer. Serana even views her vampirism as a gift, and will only get rid of it if you persuade her to. They consented to Molag Bal, so it was not rape.

The story of the first Vampire in this episode does not correlate with the Skyrim DLC Dawnguard. During the time period and the events during ESO ( which this story comes from), Serana was sleeping, she was tucked away by her Mother Valerica with an Elder Scroll. Serana along with her Father Harkon and Mother were not bitten, they were directly created by Molog Bal during a ritual which is why they were Vampire Lords, true first Vampires. Harkon, Serana, Valerica, and the whole Volkihar clan originate from the first era, which explains her dialoge after you free her that she was unaware of Cyrodiil was the " seat of an Empire", and was completely unaware of the war for Cyrodiil that happened in ESO. In essence the Women in this story was not the first Vampire, but one amongst a few who were ravaged by Molag Bal and obtained Vampirism directly.

What are you even talking about? No one said that Serana or her family were the first vampires. It was already mentioned that Mother Lamai was the first vampire even by Harkon himself...... They themselves became prime vampires through an orgy with Molag Bal. They basically became vampires like Mother Lamai did.

Bayezid Then she would be considered the first Vampire, but not the Mother of all Vampires since some Vampires became Vampires directly from Molag Bal himself. She may be the Mother of her " Clan" or " Bloodline" but not all Vampires.

Dark Elf 1. No race has ever descended from Nords. When Atmorans arrived in Skyrim many Atmorans split and became Nedes. Those who stayed became Nords. Imperials, Bretons, Kept, Kothringi and Orma descended from Nedes. 2. Atmorans are people who live in Atmora like Americans who live in US or British who live in Great Britain. You wouldn't call Americans British because Americans descended from then. 3. Not all men races descended (excluding Redguards obviously). Akaviri didn't descend from Atmorans

I can speak for Mehrunes Dagon. He's sphere can technically just be called the sphere of change and revolution because you can't have change without the destruction of something else. Look how many revolutions happen after the Oblivion crisis. The change can be seen as either good or bad. Molag Bal is complete different monster in terms of morality. He might have witness creation, He saw Lorkhan rape (trick) the aedra and saw Auri-el and Trinimac rape (kill) Lorkhan. This event might had influence how he sees the world. A cycle of who dominates. As a result of this realization, he might have achieved CHIM, which I'm starting to think is the ultimate form of rape as you are raping the world, plus he taught it to Vivec. He also might find 'eating' as a form as form as rape. So when he saw Boethiah rape (devour) Trinimac (he admires this guy, remember) that could explain why Bal hates Boethiah so much.

Soul's Wrath A few items are really necessary in my opinion.I use the mace of satan(Molag bal)to capture souls,the ring of hircine 'cause I'm a werewolf,mehrune's razor 'cause of the chance to kill in one hit,spellbreaker 'cause it can protect you from spells and the black star,but this item no belong to azura anymore.But I don't like to use molag bal mace much because he's disgusting,I hate him.

molag bal had a very great influence in the ESO game where u can actually go to Coldharbour and have the Vestige battle against his daughter and Frost Atronach, so are many figures which are meantioned in the early lore video's like Queen Ayrenn and Vanus Galerion which can be encountered in the ESO game as well
