Shoe Phone

One of the most unusual telephones I've seen in a long time, a shoe phone. The make and model are not clearly advertised anywhere, I almost wonder if this is some kind of home-made unit that wasn't mass produced. While the ergonomics are horrible and the audio quality isn't the greatest, it's fully capable of making and receiving calls.
