Example of shoeshine combination.
Example 1: I spin off the ropes to stun my opponent with fast punches. Unfortunately, he saw right through it and connected with his counter anyway.
Example 2: I use it in close range to force an opponent into the corner. I dig lower hoping to land to his body.

It's called "Shoeshine", like when a shoeshine boy has a brush in each hand and vigorously starts to polish the shoe with both hands - in, out, in out...I don't box but I'm guessing that's what it means...

People have all sorts of little exercises and do neck exercises and stuff but to me, the biggest difference is having good reflexes. You don't have to be fast enough to get out of the way but if you're fast enough to see everything, it causes a lot less damage.
