The most interesting part is that people often assumed that the more expensive ZDX was based on this platform, however this had more expensive double-wishbone suspension while the Acura had cheaper MacPherson struts upfront.
@BeingNicc2 жыл бұрын
I like the styling of the ZDX better but, It also got better tech than the zdx for some reason. Just more practical all around.
@Lorentz_Driver6 ай бұрын
Yeah the ZDX was based off the MDX. You'd think the new ZDX would also be based off the MDX as well, but it's actually a joint venture car with GM. It's the same platform as the Cadillac Lyriq, Chevrolet Blazer EV and the Honda Prologue.

This is one of the few wagon-sedan-SUV-coupe things that actually looks good. It wasn't overly tall and bulked up like the X6. If Honda brought it back with a slight lift it would fit right in.

I got my Crosstour with 150k kms (90k miles) for very cheap, because someone has traded it in at a Toyota dealership. I love the car, absolute gem. Some people don't like the back of it, but I actually found it quite nice. With Toyota Crown coming to us, it's nice to see that the crossovers are not done yet.

A friend of mine had one of these and threw a bigger set of wheels on it. It looked amazing. My sister has a ZDX and loves it to this day. People are just boring and they'd rather just get the mommy soccer car then get something really cool like this or the Acura ZDX. I own a first generation Honda Fit and that's another car that Honda took away from us because of low sales. Old Hondas are super cool that's for sure

Awesome video... I just bought my second Crosstour. I had a 2010 and loved it but it was hitting 184000 miles so traded it in on 2014 and got another 90000 miles to catch up to the old one and the updates between 2010-12 to the 2013-15 models are still surprising me.. It is a Love or Hate car... but for me it is a Love

I understand that car companies have to make money but I really wish one of the “higher ups” at Honda reads the comments on this review. I own a 2010 V6 EX-L that I purchased back in 2012 and it’s my daily driver. I still get compliments on it, (just last week a manager at my job came up to me telling me how much he always loved Crosstours). I’m around 165k mileage-wise and I plan to keep mine until Honda comes out with something I connect with. I’m also holding my breath that they’ll bring the Crosstour back. Call me a dreamer, but look the Prelude is coming back, keeping my fingers crossed! Btw nice review.

I think one reason why these failed was because of an identity crisis,like the Toyota Venza. A lot of people were unsure of what it was. With the Venza, even Toyota said it was neither a crossover nor a wagon. However for some reason BMW still has the X6, and they introduced the X4, Mercedes-Benz has the GLE coupe and GLC coupe.

Just came from the ccf video with you, and came looking for my car, ive got a 4wd 2010 but hey, the j35y1 is similar to the z2 In the trunk, you can flip those 3 little floor panels around for a hard plastic surface instead of carpet. The accord prefix was dropped for 2012, but then it was facelifted in 2013. Crazy how you mentioned the pacifica cause i went from an 07 touring to my current 2010 crosstour. The crosstour was definitely ahead of its time and i sincerely hope they do something similar and outlandish with a good automatic and the j series.
