Hi, thank you so much for watching our video and commenting your question to us. The experts say this is determined by whether shock absorbers are designed to work within a specific stroke range. If the ride height is adjusted up; the stroke range will not be sufficient. I hope this helps.

Hello Larry, I have a 2007 QX56 and the driver side airbag collapse. The pass side airbag is normal. It seems to me the airbag may have a leak. Also, I don't hear the compressor come on at all. I don't think that will cause an airbag to collapse. Please correct me if I'm wrong and steer me in the right direction please. Also, I heard that I could get parts for this truck can you please send me he info on where you get the parts. Thank you.

Hi... Thanks for watching our video. Sorry to take so long to get back with an answer. I had to nail down a response from our expert and here is what he says... 9200-0005 is the part that fits your vehicle. If the bag on the shock has collapsed, the shock will need to be replaced. You must replace both air shocks, even if one is bad. If there is an air leak and the compressor is functioning; you will hear it operate. The first step is to check the compressor relay and fuse to make sure they are okay in the electrical box under the hood. If the air compressor has never been changed, it is probably defective. I hope this helped and you were able to solve your problem.

The site states that it's for 08-15 Armadas. Is it compatible with 05-15 as advertised here?

Thanks for pointing that out, it was a mistake on our part. Part #9200-0002 fits the 2008-15 Armada & part #9200-0001 fits the 2005-07 Armada.
