Shopblocked 2: April '23 Through Nov '23

The city of Haverhill, MA (and the state of MA) have completely blocked all access to my retail store for over a year now. What would you do?

Did the city formally notify all affected businesses in writing about the impending road closures including scheduled dates? They should at least have the courtesy to respond to your queries.

I agree with the bull dozer, but i would recommend and excavator so you don't get high centered, do you know where the mayor lives asking for another friend?
