If you think that the dollar means nothing more than just a bill to pay for goods or services, your opinion is about to change. Each of our purchasing decisions informs manufacturers about the things they should produce in mass. And what is being produced has a direct impact on our environment and ecosystem. So the question is, have you been buying what is right for our environment or what is cheap and/or convenient? Lisa recently worked for the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris and Canadian Commission for UNESCO in Ottawa. She is currently a graduate student in Business Management and is exploring ways to push for more sustainable business models.
