brinjal - 1 nos
green chillies - 7 - 8 nos
Garlic - 3 Flakes
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Gooseberry - Small lemon size
Salt( according to taste )
Water-1/2 Cup
Coconut oil - 1 tbs
Apricot
green chilli - 1 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1/4 Cup
Salt( according to taste )
Sugar - 2 tbs
Coconut milk - 1/4 - 1/2 Cup
Ghee - 1 1/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp

dry red chillies - 3 - 4 nos
Small onion - 2 - 3 nos
