What if i was speaking to someone, and i felt they were getting angry so it made me nervous and i found it difficult to speak. What do i do then?

This is a really good question. Our emotions are directly connected with our breathing so when you feel you are getting emotional first try to STOP, ,.... then breathe a little trough the nose and feel what you are feeling and try to let that go as good as you can do at that moment. Let it go by breathing really relaxt out. And focus from that point on on breathig through your nose ... I can talk about this for 2 days hahaha but this is the basics
