Hi Noel, the Track is 600km in length…they are working on parts of it but there are still sections which are heavily corrugated, have bull dust holes and a bit chopped up. I did make good progress though. 👍

@@mongreldogproductions Hi Steve, I know I'm talking with an "Olde Hand" of outback sojourns, but at the mention of bovine dust holes and corrugations; I am reminded of a trip Sydney Bourke Mt Isa 3 ways The Alice & back through adelaide. My steed of the day being a 350cc YR1 Yamaha. Somewhere north of Bourke; in QLD on a straight stretch with two narrow tyre-swept hard dirt roadway. I was of course riding the celared bit. I could see a car approaching, and as there was a berm of sand running down the road I thought I'd move over. Because if he hit that he could be in trouble. Well I immediately 'discovered' a hole; which sent me straight into a full-on tank-slapper at around 60mph. Back to 3rd & screwed it's neck got me almost completely out of that mess, when at around 80mph I hit another one. You remember those fireworks catherine wheels?, well that was my bike and I as we cartwheeled through the air for some distance before crashing. I knew the bike was cartwheeling beside me too, as the right foot peg? put a small hole in my knee. Those bovine dust holes are soooo sneaky! 🤠

@@eoin1959 hi Eoin, it’s a DJI Mavic Pro but would be obsolete by now. Drone technology changes quickly. I’m in the market for an upgrade but are still looking around. Thanks for watching. 😀
