Only a true blade-nut feels the need to shave his forearm in front of one of his forging inspirations. Excellent stuff, Chris, I really enjoy it and I honestly do benefit from the information your provide. Keep it up.

Long time subscriber, first time commenter... I saw this video and looked up the BK7 on amazon. Your channel was mentioned in the reviews. Jessica is pretty famous. So I bought my first one. Thanks bro. Keep up the good work.

Those new TDI knives are pretty awesome. I also really like the Big Brother; I just really wish they'd make a full tang version of it!!!

Ethan Becker is deffiantly a really cool guy. Becker Knives are some of the best on the market.The Becker BK2 is One of the best little Woodsman knives, but the Becker BK7 has to be the best all around survival knife.

Great stuff Chris. Damn so many knives I want to get, really cool designs but idk what I'll do with so many knives. I'll probably not get the chance to actually use most of them; maybe just fondle them lol.
@ricev70714 жыл бұрын
This is what I love about my Beckers. They come stock and I use them nicely, but not abusing them, it gives the knife character and if it ever breaks, I just buy another one. It makes no sense making a knife all pretty, strip the coating, polish the blade, walk around and not even use it!! I think a clean, worn in BK7 in a Kydex sheath would make Ethan Becker happy, because he knows his knives are being used and valued. If I put a mirror polish on the blade, I probably wouldn't use it either, so I leave my knives stock, and because it's such a great knife, I'll let the people I trust use it.

You wouldn't want to review a few "Extrema Ratio" folders would you? The RAO 2 and the 185 RAO for example. They look like some meaty knives, curious what you think of them.

I noticed that you have Kingsport, Tn on your bag, I live in Knoxville, originally from Southern Ca. that is pretty cool

Thats because I was there with a Taylor Brands Guest Badge (Schrade). They are the ones there. I'm in Columbus, Ohio.

Ok, that is what I thought, it was kind of funny knowing that you live in Ohio, but had a Tn on your badge, thought you relocated lol

I like your channel, we have similar taste, and you don't take this stuff too seriously. Thank you for showcasing this shot show stuff, because most of us don't have the chance. My interest is always peaked when I see the best cutting performance and toughness for the price paid. Sure I can spend $200 plus for a blade, but can I get 99% of that performance and durability for $50? That is where it is at for me, and that is where your channel seems to excel. Please keep up the good work.

Why does the Kabar Big brother knife still come with a leather sheath? Not KYDEX!?? That's the only thing stopping me from buying that knife....

Meh, Nothing that exciting .. Best thing on those tables was the Arangatang Parang .. That young designer at the end seems like a nice guy and all but i saw nothing very exiting there... Perhaps they should give Mike over at Gavko knives a call...
@JaroszKnives10 жыл бұрын
I appreciate the kind words. Unfortunately I was rushed to get stuff done for the show so I didnt get a chance to "go wild" with cool knives and ended up being pretty plain just for the sake of time.. Please check out my website to see some of the usual crazy stuff I work up. :) Take care, Jesse
@rainmechanic10 жыл бұрын
They should take a closer look at your model 100 folder... Not sure why the big manufacturers have such an aversion to large folders with + 4" blades... Many states now allow for big folders and they have pretty much abandoned that market to Cold Steel.... That 100 has a classic fighter style blade and would be popular with the Tactical Set...

I just bought the BK 2 and now I get it! What an awesome knife and razor sharp! Guess how I know! Yep, cut the shit outta my self within 20 minutes! Barely touched it reaching for the booklet that came with it. Only complaint is the sheath, way too tight. Man, this knife is gonna some damage in the woods.
