judge an fps game by how good its shotguns are, they are overpowered irl, they should feel the same in games, they obviously have their limitations but slugs man you can hit stuff at 100 yards pretty easily and magnum buck doesnt magically stop after 50 feet either

Im actually glad that sliding is only on one operator. Everybody would spam and abuse it, and then it would feel like a generic CoD clone. I already encounter way too many people that drop shot every time they get into a gun fight. The less annoying spammy gimmicks, the better, in my opinion.

Yeah absolutely agree with you, when I saw some players sliding I got a bad taste in my mouth, but them I realize that is just for one operator assault so its fair.

Going to have to disagree, they either need to remove sliding period, or let every operator be able to slide. The game is already taking inspiration from games like Battlefield and Rainbow, calling it a COD clone if they gave every operator the slide option is kinda unfair. And yes, people would spam it, but they already need to address spamming things already,(ie. the annoying trait of having an fps with smoke grenades, and then people spamming smoke grenades.)

2042 was improved and ended up in an "ok" state, but you're totally right that this feels WAY more like a real BF game. I loved some of the gadget stuff in 2042, but the feel of it just wasn't quite there.

It's really not a hero shooter. If it was, there would more than likely be an meta operator that you would see everybody and their mother say run that operator. The operator abilities aren't super op, they are somewhat balanced. Some of them are just annoying.

Warfare mode has been my absolute jam lately! But holy moly, Tom - you're basically single-handedly carrying the entire team! Ascension (sniper's paradise) is my favorite map. Sniping is just so satisfying in this game. We need the FAST squad in Warfare mode, dominating the other team...

Objective B are such great spots, B1 and B2, it really feels like doing rat tunnel clearing in vietnam, the tight corners, close ranges and intentionally maze like layout of the trenches really make it a challenge but a worth while one. Its a shotgun and frag grenade users dream spot

this game is doing the battlefield formula better than dice, and the Cod gunplay plus customization better than Activision (not to mention its FREE TO PLAY). If they were to come out with a mode that would disable the special abilities because I know a lot of people don't like them and add a few smaller maps for quicker respawn modes, they could dominate the FPS market.

I like the Battlefield schpiel in here. Bad Company 2 was my jam for a while, 3 was kinda meh for me, 4 was good, 2042 is very simulated and too CoD in a bad way. This biz looks like fun and old school shooters, which would be super neat. Thanks for the show!

The crows nest in the windmill is my FAVORITE sniping spot. Challenge to hit the shots and not get shot. Really digging this game. I like the feeling of this mode. Yes I wish there was a team deathmath but I feel it would take from it. Perks of this mode it gives you stuff for the other mode.

I appreciate the buff given to M870 since the Alpha, but i am a little sad about how hard the M1014 was kicked in the nuts...barely any more range than the Saiga now Fun fact, you can off the laser and still use the "tactical aim" mode so the laser only shows when you ADS

tom just wanted to tell you that when using Vyron, every time you killed someone, your dash skill is reset, so you can harness it to your playstyle and can be more aggressive or it can be used to escape dire situations

I sort of wish this game had a map select so I could just play trenches, but all the maps are actually pretty good. Warfare mode is great for those days when my nerves just can't deal with an extraction shooter. It's not even the gear fear for me, it's the waiting.

This reminds me so so much of Medal of honor 1+2 on the xbox 360+PS3, they really need to do a remake of those game or create another MOH game as they're inspired by true events. In the first MoH I believe you can to either capture or defend a trench network from the enemy, the defenders had watch towers, but the attackers had NATO weapons. MOHs were just incredible for it's time, I recall in MOH 2 you can fine tune your gun to how you like it, every single part externally and internally you could change and yes they were a lot of parts just for one gun. Think Ghost recon advanced warfighter level, such a shame EA never gave it a proper chance to let it be more successful by NOT realising ion the month every triple A devs launch their games. The game was brutal but that's war after all, I was full of emotion as the story went on and cried at the end and I've never had that experience playing a game.

did you know that if you time your melee "3" and go back to your primary "1" after you shot your gun... it will actually cancel few frames of animation thus you can fire faster

Really had alot of fun in this map alright. Playing as the usual Medic with my PP Bizon, reviving everyone I can when possible. The only problem with this game is of course the matchmaking can be confusing since I didn't realise I played Ranking all the time and of course, the limitation on how each class or probably each character have their own passive moveset. Either way, for a free Battlefield game, it is very fun.
