Love it. Some topics I would like to hear discussed are mentoring younger officers, building camaraderie and morale within the department, and family/work life balance. Just spit balling. Thanks fellas!

I listened a couple times to Kyle's Mike Drop podcast appearance and that it was eye opening for sure. 4 shootings is a lot for even cops in large departments. Obviously most cops nationwide never even have one shooting in their careers... Glad you got through it in one piece physically...I know you are probably still healing mentally, but you are a great advocate for PTSD in first responders...

Thank you my man. I try my best to bring awareness and teach other cops you can beat it.

Love the Podcast guys....I currently work in the fire service and also a reserve cop in CA. After a 14 year break in law enforcement having started as a deputy sheriff in the mid 90's, crime, society, liberal laws in CA have definitely changed from when I first started to now, even stepping back in part time...I have also noticed even a more negative reaction from some in society toward us awesome firefighters! It's a sad state of affairs we find society in now. It's not uncommon for even fire and EMS being assaulted by dirtbags and just a total lack of respect for First Responders of all stripes!

Hi Kyle! I am Robin, your moms ex-sister in law. So proud of what you do and your sacrifice for the community! My husband and I totally support all police departments! He is the president of our city’s Police Foundation to raise money for the department. They have so far purchased three police dogs for our K-9 unit, new saddles for the mounted unit and a drone, all for the P.D. So good to see you here. Yes, I liked and subscribed! Take care! 😀

Have special guests on the pod cast like when you were on Mic Drop! Talk about gritty details of your careers collectively, also get a graphic designer to make a banner to hang behind you that has the pod cast name on it. Love the show!!

This podcast is awesome. You guys should team up with street cop training or at least do some podcast together, they do proactive police training, interdiction, and leadership stuff.
