Great Job , I love the fighting especially as it started from the gate with the new character. I was a little troubled by the information Mr.White provided as a doctor in regards to diabetes. He told the patient red beef contains Carbohydrates, that is not true, red beef is protein and 100% safe for diabetes patients. In fact, all meat, eggs, fish especially fatty fish, and vegetables are 100% safe for diabetics. His advice should be for diabetic patients to avoid ALL carbohydrates and sugary products which includes all swallows. If necessary, swallows should be taking in small quantity. Plantains is an acceptable cerb to eat in small quantity by diabetics because it is what we referred to as HARD STARCH. All carbohydrates turn into sugar once it enters your blood after eating that is what kills, not protein. All breads which are not Whole Grain/Wheat, are poisons to your blood. Stop sugar completely and avoid all products containing sugar.
