Sorry guys this is nowhere near the 2008 crisis .Like Jason Hartman always says compared to what? This sounds like commercial loans because they are so short of a term. Commercial vs residential, I take residential debt all day long. 30yrs to pay it back, you can't go wrong guys.

Your videos likely contains gems, but the views are really low. Likely due to peoples attention spans now a days because the second i see how long your video is i dont even bother, unless its a course style video. I feel like since you can afford it, hiring an expert in making videos more entertaining or just make someone want to click on it would be really good. Ive seen your videos a long time ago so im not hating, im still subscribed its just weird that you push out content but dont focus on improving viewer count
