This man, inspired me to somehow beat my depression that i had for 2-3 years... So I give martial arts my fullest of thanks for basically saving me, before 2024, I've basically was just scidal and depressed. And we don't have therapists so I'd pretty much just always break down. Every. Single. Night. With no help except some antidepressants Till one day i got in trouble. And my teacher told me... Why not try joining a sport? So i looked and joined found this man's channel. Where i joined a dojo, i was anxious and quiet. But that decision ACTUALLY changed me. I actually got a hold of my goals in life again and now will train hard.

yes of course it's always good to try other martial arts! as a shotokan karate practitioner i'd love to learn other martial arts! i really wanna do kung fu teakwondo dojo (and yes a dojo can be considered a martial art not just a training ground) and judo but for now i'll focus on my shotokan karate before all that

Yokkao gym in Bangkok Thailand has sessions you can book with ppl like Saenchai to practice and stuff, if you want to go to Thailand to train (considering you are already peak flexible and can start better than others normally, then this is a good idea.

Nat, only done 3 days of your flexibility course thus far - I haven’t been able to do all of the stretches properly due to a lack of mobility nor do them for the instructed amount of time (I do 20 sec instead of 1 min) -> still noticed a small improvement in my flexibility, kick quality, etc. Excited for what is to come - thanks!
