My daughter is a month younger then the quints and i let her decide when we did it. She saw a video on how its done and still went with it. She was 5. I say go for it but explain what is done and how they do it.

defos let her get her ears pierced! It might sting a little when she gets it done, but it's a quick process, and the stinging goes away in seconds. (at least for me it did)

Yes, yes, yes on the ear piercing. They have to be responsible with them. I personally could only wear real gold and not cheap metals. So watch for ears infected or scabbing up due to cheap metals. Also, if they leave earrings out after they are sore or scabbed up, they grow skin together, so put 10k-14k earrings in while healing. Tip…they can purchase gold wires and purchase cheap jewelry and clip off cheap wire, and exchange the cheap jewelry back onto the gold wire. Confusing I know, and they might be able to wear anything. Would be perfect.

Yes, pierced ear rings ok, but I would avoid dangley ones, I've too often seen little girls get them caught (while doing their hair, while simply playing, etc. because they're not used to them) and rip the ear ring out (sometimes slit the ear also) I know sounds awful, but being a kindergarten-2nd grade teaching assistant for many years, I've seen it happen much too often; I would recommend that you wait on the dangley ear rings until they get older- post ear rings only for another few years. Just my experience. And.....Happy Father's Day Skyler - You DA MAN!

After wearing earring studs for a few years, then maybe little hoops. Just make sure they wear, nickel free hypo allergenic earrings. Either sterling silver or real gold. Otherwise their ears lobes can get infected real easy. Speaking from experience.

Personally, for me as a parent, it would depend on whether my daughter is mature enough to take care of newly pierced ears. If yes, then absolutely but if I didn't see the maturity there to do what's needed to keep them from getting infected then I'd wait.

I took my three daughters to get their ears pierced in Tallahassee Florida the closest place to do that. That was back in 1976. My oldest daughter changed her mind so I got my ears pierced instead of her.

She’s extremely bright also. She’s quick to “get” whatever she is learning. Lately I’ve been noticing that she has developed quite the sense of humor . Her Dad said that his kids were “coldwater weenies” and she repeated his words and laughed out loud!

My girls all got pierced ears for their 5th birthday. It was kind of a right of passage in our family. They are all grown now I have no regrets. Just know that you will have to help with care and check in to how long you need to wait before she can swim again my want to delay it till fall.

I would let Vi get her ears pierced. If you are worried about pain a pediatrician can get a script for a numbing cream. I work at Claires and the cutest girl came in that used it. Most I have pierced have anxiety building up and when it's done they were like that was it. .

Yes, definitely check with their Mother, because if she said no, & you let V. do it...uh oh!! Every kid tries that! That river is interesting, & unique, but looks mostly shallow. They would also miss out on mud and sand between there toes..those sensations were half the fun and we learned to navigate sticks and scrapes and be mindful in nature without too many accidents😊 and develop resilience through play

Hi Skyler, Daisy, Violet, Lily, Lincoln and Logan, I loved looking at, listening to and watching this 9 minutes and 47 seconds video of you all having fun together. Skyler I got my ears pierced when I was 13 years old and now I am 51 years old and people tell me I look like I am in my late 20’s. My mum grew up wearing clip on earrings and would take them off half way through going out. So when my mum turned 50 I paid for her to get her ears pierced and now she is 76 and has never regretted it. Maybe for her 13th Birthday Violet can get her ears pierced. By that age she is old enough to look after them herself. Lily, Violet and Skyler you three have stunningly beautiful singing voices. Daisy you looked so pretty in the flowery dress you chose to wear that you got your dad to do the very back button up on it and I love your lovely long hair too. Your dress and your lovely long hair make you look like a stunningly beautiful little girl. You are such a well mannered, polite and very well spoken little girl. Daisy never change stay as sweet as you are. I loved all the fun things you all want to do during these summer holidays and love how you all three said go see Hehe Poppins as she is so much fun to be with. I loved seeing you all having summer fun at the River cooling off and running all your wiggles out. I loved seeing one of your small dolls standing up in the mud. I had to laugh when you Daisy and Violet were making sand castles in the mud and you asked your dad where there was more mud and your dad said I think I found some more mud over there. As I had to laugh because there was mud all around where you both were sitting at the water’s edge. Thank you for making me laugh. I love at the River how there is a lot of shallow water areas and some deep water areas there too so you can pick and choose what area you want to be in. By the way you all should have hats on that are made out of swimming material so it does not matter if they get wet. I would hate to see any of you get sunburnt, as it can be so sore. Logan I love the pip you found to help Daisy and Violet make a tunnel. Then you turned it into a telescope that you look through to see things far away in the distants. Logan way to go there it was a great find. Skyler I had to laugh at your comet you said to Lincoln as he was digging in the mud and water’s edge at the Lake, Lincoln what are you making in the river water and mud? it looks like a toilet. That was funny to see Lincoln chuckle at your comment. The river water did look lovely and clear looking at it close up. Wow Lily that is great that you saw a real live baby frog in the River water. You know Lily baby frogs are called Tadpoles and have no legs when they are first born and when they grow older they grow legs amazing hay. Daisy, wow you sang a song by the Rivers edge so beautiful while you were making a mud pie. You have a very beautiful singing voice and I would love to hear you sing more often. Wow Lily I love the clam you found in the River water. You all keep having summer fun playing by and in the River water. I got my ears pierced young and didn't have any issues. Also, I did get my done at a mall place(90's kid 😂) but would definitely recommend looking into piercers usually working in tattoo shops and potentially a doctor's office. I believe these places will do kids ears and are so much safer/cleaner for young kids.

If Violet gets her ears pierced make sure there are 2 people to do the piercing. One for one ear. One for the other ear. Have them them done at the same time.
