It all depends on what the customer wants. If they want to spring for a brand-new system, OK. However, as bad as the economy is, and predicted to get worse, I try to fix everything I can. If it wasn’t for the R22, New condenser for sure. Unit didn’t look too bad. Save the capacitor.
