I searched up a build all about dragon claws and life steal I use a loadout that offers 17.5 lifesteal + life rip which offers approximately 30% lifesteal which would be 175 so you keep it up for way longer but once you get level 2-3 you're already keeping up enough health to outlast the health drainage (that mainly depends on if you can keep hitting your claws but otherwise your healers can help with that) I have used this build while he's in free rotation and I have done team wipes with this build!

If this map was timber mill, your comp should've easily won, point denial with willo and deadzone, i believe koga is a good pick on timber mill since flanks like andro are generally weak when in open air space, and double support seris and furia against a comp that doesn't have a lot of cc. I believe the defeat was just map pick however i haven't watched the whole video.

Hey Andrew, I'm a long time fan but not really a long time player. However, I feel like there may be two reasons for why you're having this burnout. 1. Specifically for your Koga play, even though you don't usually play the champ, you know that he is a Flank champion. However, throughout the match, you've been using him like a damage champ which would definitely make it harder for him to thrive due to his low health and low damage output per shot. Koga seems like a flank who plays best by weaving around enemy and ally alike to steal kills. Even if you didn't know or don't think that, I think you were focusing too much on his damage output and too little on his other flanking abilities. 2. I think your mindset has been affected by the game. Mid match, you said that this game was already a loss at the draft. That way of thinking won't help you improve your gameplay at all. Even if you think that you're going to take a loss here, then it's a lot better to try to learn something during the match to use for future matches instead of just accepting the loss. As an example, instead of saying that the game is lost and you're bad, you could've tried to play around the Raum, backing them up until Io was in sight. Then you focus the healer and return to backing up Raum and playing around his large hitbox and tons of hp. If Raum croaks out, then you try to leash for Willow, grabbing the attention of your opponents and dragging them out into large open areas for Willow's massive AOE damage to eat them alive. May not have wom you the game, but it's better than accepting a loss and doing nothing about it. Again, inhavent been playing Paladins for too long so my understanding of the game could be flawed, but I think you should take a breather from the game for a bit to regain that mindset of perseverance. Maybe playing Overwatch or even SMITE for a bit can help you get back on track mentally.

Your dumb argument is the same as "just go main Skye, don't worry about illuminate, just be better" 1. Draft matters, counters matter that's why there is a pick and ban system in rank. That's why there is a meta in games. That's why ow2 give players the decision to swap heros. There are counters in a game

Which is why the dude couldn't flank much. There wasn't much peel for koga to kill the enemies. Wait for the enemies to get low and use raum and shield? Kasumi fking shreds raum, not to mention andro's bullets hurt, there's also CC to stop raum from running with Luna. Not enough damage to peel for koga aside. There were 2 healers which falls off starting mid game. Combine no peel, koga's peepee damage, 2 worthless healers late game making it 3v5 and counters like kasumi and andro. How the fk was he gonna win at koga

Koga counters kasumi is mad bullshit. He can cleanse the stacks but the stacks aren't from an ability with long cooldown. It's a primary that's weakens enemies and buffs kasumi. The counter argument with kasumi vs koga is to use the claws. That sht is hard to consistently land, drains energy fast and kasumi can put her doll near flank routes to stop koga. Koga can consistently hit kasumi with his smg but has sht damage (which lowers his energy gen with heaven and kasumi's passive btw) so she can burst him faster than she can kill him. Claws can burst kasumi but he has to dodge dolls, hit projectile claws and be out of position to do so

You are using koga wrong! The way you play koga is get behind the enemies and pick some1 and even tho u dont do a lot of dmg u still gonna get down half of the hp before the enemy even notices, which is the time when you switch to your stronger weapon, the claws and secure the kill with 2 slays and then fall back with dashes. You didnt just made the mistake of attacking straight up, but you hardly used the claws for a hybrid build like this. But yeah, overall i would really love to see a VII nerf and a koga buff to the smgs. Hes such a fun and versatile champion that I dont care if hes in the meta or not, I will still play him no matter what.
