Hey Joe, Great video as always❗️ Good luck with the new acquisition 🍀 Looks to me like you creating a great collection of the greatest hits before everything goes hybrid or electric and the manual trans disappears. WRX sti , Shelby, Camaro ZL1 and now probably the last totally internal combustion Honda R . Smart move! Even your wife’s unmodified BRZ may be a rarity some day. Think you need one more. A C7 because it’s the last front engine manual Vette. The ultimate for me would be a ZR-1 convertible! Completely out of reach price wise . I’m just hoping to one day get my hands on a nice convertible with the Z51 package or maybe even a Grand Sport.

I would buy it if the dealership doesn't mark up so much. Love this design over the last gen. This gen looks very clean. Very nice hatchback sports car, but the problem is the dealership markups.

This is a nice commercial for Honda and Tampa Honda. Honestly sick of the KZbinrs buying these at sticker and writing them off as “long term tester” as a business expense most likely. What a joke. I’ve bought a dozen Hondas probably and all the dealers I see are asking me for $65,000. Using your platform to gain access for test drives and content is fine, but this shit is a slap in the face from Honda to all the regular consumers. (And the fact you got a test drive… must be nice)

The markup ain’t that bad in terms of %. I walked into a Rolex retailer and wanted to buy a new Daytona at $15K MSRP, but no retailers within 200 miles radius has stock. At secondary market I can buy a brand new one at $30K, that’s 100% markup. No thanks, it is a toy, not necessities as I already have 2 sitting in the drawer.

I don’t think Honda are giving them out for free, but a much better chance of getting one at MSRP. Normal civilians will pay at least $10K in markup for sure. I am fine with that, this is a free market and whoever is willing/able to pay gets it.

I'm realizing that the 10th gen CTR is an aggressive and immature unfiltered car whereas the 11th gen is grown up, elegant, and mature car. Both are great, but the new Type R is the more modern car and better track oriented car.

Seeing the original renders before it was unveiled, I was pretty disappointed. Even with the press photos, I wasn't intrigued. Seeing it in person, it's an extremely nice looking hot hatch. I do wish there was an AWD option, as well as them not making this as large as an Accord. This is basically a full-sized sedan.

Congrats. I got number 720 up here in Georgia, and I got Rallye Red. I love it and I wish I had known about the PDI. My dealer said the cleaned it and put an exterior and interior protective sealant, but it has all sorts of swirls so when its not raining, I'm going to full detail it.
