I've had mine for over a month and it has been a game changer. Been working on stretching and loosening some tight areas and I've recently seen the most progress ever. Including their massage gun has helped a lot, I believe.

Yes, I did and ♥️ it! I use it on my SI joint, low back and my legs. I’m a cyclist and my legs get really tight and sore. When I get sore I stretch, break out the massage gun and the deep heating pad. I get back on the bike sooner. Y’all are great!

I bought one last year that you guys were demonstrating to give to my daughter for Christmas. It wasn't cheap and it's a good machine with all the attachments. The con was she didn't like it. You can't use it alone very good. You need another person to do the backside of the body. She gave it to me. I've used it a couple of times but it's big and heavy and I don't have a spouse anymore so can't use on the back. I'm going to give it to my sister and her husband because they both go to the chiropractor often. That's my experience with the bigger one you guys had last year. It's not everyone's cup of tea.

This was actually a concern of mine although I do have a wife. I thought that when she is not around the the 2 more expensive units would not be easy to use on your own back (even the upper back). However at the same time I would like the added intensity of the largest model.

Late reply, but try a shiatsu massager. I have one you put your arms around through, and I can put it between my back and the office chair. Works great.

@@advancetotabletop5328 sounds good, where do you buy this? Is it a known brand that is easily available and returnable? I bought a massage gun a few months ago. The first one was too aggressive and heavy for me. It had a long handle so I could do a good job of reaching areas on my back. But, given I have neck issues, the weight of the gun was too much..just to clarify, I did not use it on my neck, just shoulder area. So, if you are considering buying one, consider the weight and the strength of the gun.

@humaneleaguelancPA4 жыл бұрын
I'm a massage therapist and have just taken a class on Lymphatic Drainage--absolutely not DO NOT use this tool for potentially moving your lymph! It would be too aggressive. If you need to move the lymph you use a very light pressure! So light that you just barely move the skin. Find a massage therapist that has taken continuing education classes. (They need more education that what they received in massage school.)
