Honestly, having almost 50 hours in gw2 (bought during last steam sale), I kinda think I bought the wrong game. On one hand, gw2 is easier to get into and has many cool additions like the 5 classes (I'm not a fan of deadbeard) and graveyard ops, but I miss the maps. The maps are the absolutely best part about garden warfare and honestly, gw2 doesn't live up to gw, neither in quality nor in variety.

If you can find a cheap copy at a second-hand video game store, absolutely. The best customisations and best maps out of the shooters, and a large variety of characters. Major downfall is lack of replay value, but some people clearly disagree as there's bound to be quite a few familiar faces when you go in a lobby.

They should've just added crossplay by now, even though PVZ is based around 360 and PS3 originally, now with Xbox One, PS4/5 and PC having its sales it should just at least get a crossplay feature so the lobbies would be good. They did it properly at the end for Battlefront 2 to add in at least a few bots so you wouldn't be alone. But like come on PVZ should really have more recognition these days especially for this game is like to me a family friendly shooter at most

I've platted GW a couple years ago but would definitely play the second one...Unfortunately, the Popcap is dependable on what EA says, so they've dumped the boss rush and additional events and now you can't complete the DLCs. I really hope there will be some sort of a pack in the future with both titles.

I absolutly fell in love with garden warfare back then. I hold fond memories of it. I see why the coin mechanic is a little rough, if looked upon from today. I can only say, i really wish this back. Play good, get coins and open loads of packs after some rounds played. You can't rush through the game by buying everything good and also get to play many of the varients of each character as you play. Sometimes, some sweaty people had dominated the maps, yes. But what game doesn't hold some of those Achievers. I would definetly buy it again and again if it came out again today. Neighborvil was a bit of a let down for me. But that is just my opinion. It has nice graphics and enviorments for the most part, I agree. The whole gameplay aspect didn't quite catch my like GW 1 did. I hope, one day they will bring us Garden Warfare 3. Hopefully with big inspiration taken from GW 1 and a bit of 2. Less Neighborvile. Anyways, great Video! I'm actually thinking about picking up playing GW 1 again. Dusting off the old account.

read if you want just a little past dump so much nostalgia from this game takes me so far back that i just want to go back and relive it all over again me and my brother were unstoppable in every multiplayer game we played making us basically gods at it we were never downed once we both knew every secret spot and every counter to every other character and it makes me happy to still see this game (somewhat) alive. also there's a secret slender man easter egg in one of the garden ops maps i don't remember the name but its some sort of graveyard or something in the back you can see 2 parts of it but i don't want to say anything bc i want people to find it but overall this takes me back like never before the month and days me and my brother played it so much

Been getting into G&G and Garden Ops matches fairly quickly on Xbox Game Pass (using Cloud Gaming lmao), only time I see matchmaking waits are very VERY late at night or anything other than Team Vanquish, G&G or Garden Ops. In my opinion, game still holds up even after all these years, and I prefer it over the newer releases.

This was my TF2 and in a way GW is the newer TF2 just cuz of how beloved they are and how many similarities they have. Namely with quirky and unique characters with a lot of personality and insane lore and just being weird and silly af. Both are still being played and GW2 still isn’t dead.
