Thanks for putting forth this thinking, it help me feel the opposite of lonely or depressed. You make the giants whose back you stand on like Fresco, Korbsibski, and many others proud. And the practical application is much appreciated from degenerates like me. 👍

Absolutely agree. The podcast has definitely left me with some insight to help me continue being brutally honest in order to improve my life. Fresco and the others would definitely be proud of this podcast, the work of naudi aguilar, fp and the fp doers helping push the narrative they discuss.

Breakin (breakdancing) has infinite movement variability. Yes It comes from dysfunction but I would love to hear your thoughts, Rodney and Mike, on this discipline.

Too many extreme ranges of motion, plus it makes you hypermobile moving your joints that way.

Does myofascial release work because it rehydrates the fascia, or because it allows blood (and therefore nutrients)? I'm curious what's working, because mfr definitely works.
@fitnessmindset4499 Жыл бұрын
Both

@@fitnessmindset4499 Are you saying this because naudi said it, or is it your personal opinion (nothing wrong if it's your personal opinion, I don't mind being open to your knowledge-base)? If it's your personal opinion, in your experience, what is usually damaged that needs repair, is it cellular atrophy?
@fitnessmindset4499 Жыл бұрын
Lack of neuron transmission between tissues/moving parts due to restriction/ dehydration in the tissue. At one layer, the fascial tissue is not getting enough water, at another level this also leads to slow blood flow in veins & arteries. Same problem, different level. Naudi didn’t say this exactly, he alluded to it in another form. I looked further into it & also personal experience training clients myself. I’ve actually been using MFR before I heard or got started with FP
