"The grass is greener where you water it!" So good. Thanks for sharing this Alex. Not even considering quitting, but definitely encouraging to continue seeking to do what the Lord has called me to do. Thanks again for the encouragement and for all you do. Back at Worship Innovators conference you took time to pray with me and it was such a blessing for me.

Hi Chris!! Great to hear from you! I remember our session and prayer time. Glad the Lord is continuing to speak to you at each step of your ministry journey! Thanks for letting me encourage you!

Don't quit when you're tired! 💯 Instead, get rested so you can make the right decision. The best way I've found to STAY rested is to set aside one day every week for true rest, when you completely unplug from the hustle of life. Best tip I can give is, on this day, turn your phone off. Works wonders! -Kade

Thanks Kade! TOTALLY agree with this strategy. So important. God says we should SABBATH = "cease"

How do I know what the Senior pastors vision is when his actions are different than his words?
@WorshipMinistryTraining7 ай бұрын
That's tough. Gotta have an open / honest / straightforward conversation with him. Sit down with humility, desire to connect / understand. Praying for you!

John.15 Verses 18 to 20 [18] "If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. [19] If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. [20] Remember the word that I said to you, `A servant is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will persecute you; if they kept my word, they will keep yours also.

"If you can't work enthusiastically to support his vision"... Or hers? My senior pastor is a woman. Would recommend gender neutral language at the very least 😅 (you know I love you...😶🌫) p.s. I was listening to this video on my laptop and even my husband from the other room noticed this faux pas 🤭

That's fair Nicole! I know it's the minority situation, but I'll try to be more inclusive in the future. Thanks for pointing it out!

Gender assumptions, aside, I really do appreciate this video! Thank you for sharing it! I actually was considering quitting earlier this year (mostly because I am tired… but there were other reasons). Ironically, I missed this video when it first came out and it would have been very timely. I ended up coming to the conclusion that I should stay on my own, but this video was still a great confirmation to what I was feeling! Thanks for what you do ☺
