Great discussion. This is my first year as a retiree. I plan to pursue several residencies throughout the world. However, I do not plan to place my home on the market for at least one year. I want to ensure living abroad full time is for me. I have a nice house with a low mortgage within a gated community. I don’t make rush decisions.

This was a great conversation. I thought about renting, but the idea of having to pay ALL the money that comes with owning a home is getting a little tiring. I owned my first home at 22, I am now 57. I'm over it all. I want to own less, even adopted minimalism about a year ago.
